What is
alabastrite?
Albastrite is a
polyresin based on stone. It can be intricately molded to produce great detail
and will allow paint to adhere. Dusting may clean these items, however, care
should be taken with washing with water as some paints are water-soluble.

my order be shipped?
Generally we
use UPS Ground Service for contiguous states.
Has my order
shipped?
Orders are
usually shipped 1-2 business days of receipt not including Saturdays, Sundays
or holidays. Allow 3-5 business days for shipping whether you live on the east
coast or on the west coast.
What are my
payment choices?
You will be
given the option to select your payment method. We accept Master Card, Visa,
PayPal and all major credit cards through PayPal. Our preferred method of
payment is PayPal.
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is
automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply
add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. For shipping charges

What if my order
never arrived?
This is an
extremely rare occurrence and should this happen to you please notify support@farewellstress.com
immediately. Everything possible will be done to rectify the problem.
What if I
received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact support@farewellstress.com
within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will do our best to resolve
the problem.
What if my
product arrived damaged.
If merchandise
arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it
arrived in and e-mail support@farewellstress.com
immediately to arrange authorization for a return. See below for further
details.
Shipping
and Returns
What is
your return policy?
Permission for
any return merchandise must be secured from our returns department via
e-mailing support@farewellstress.com.
FarewellStress.com accepts requests to return merchandise within 14 days from
the shipping date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned
items unless there was an error on our part or the item was damaged. The
return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20%
re-stocking fee, at our discretion.
Once a return is
authorized by our return department you should:

Return the item to the address
given to you by our return department.

Keep your shipping records for
proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns
shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00
should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does
not reach our return department. All products returned MUST be 100% complete,
in original boxes with original packing materials. At our discretion a 20%
restocking fee may apply to returned items.

We will notify you via phone or
e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
We can refund shipping costs only
if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight
charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to
defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit
of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges back to Customer Service on returned
items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by FarewellStress.com or
the item was damaged in which case FarewellStress.com will refund the shipping
costs as long as the item(s) are returned via First Class Mail, US Priority
Mail or UPS Ground Shipping.
Returns authorized
within 14 days from shipping date can be for exchange, refund or credit at
FarewellStress.com's discretion. Please read the Guarantees below.
